Was working on Wednesday, wasn't feeling very good and in addition to that, had loads of reading to do for Thursday's seminars. But my love le bf had a friend coming down and he wanted me to meet him. Didn't want to be rude, so I thought I'll go for like an hour, so I have seen him, but haven't wasted my whole night. Arrived to the club, met his friend, who was really nice, but then there was a couple dressed like Mexicans, heard sth about that they are le bf's ex's friends, but thought that why would they hang out together, so forgot it right away. But oh boy, this girl was nosy, 'where are you from, how's it to be with le bf, what are you studying, and so on and on and on, I felt like I have commited a crime and now I'm being interrogated. But then teh comment that 'how old are you, you look so young?' And to my answer that I'll be turning 21 in two weeks time she replied that she is 22 and 21 was the best year in her life. But bitch please, 22 is not so much older than 21. Oh and then the next pearl, 'Did le bf tell you that he has a child?' That's a shame that at that time it didn't come into my mind to say: 'No way, he didn't' or sth like that, I would loved to see her face :D But our night continued with her dancing gangnam style in front of me and asking me to join her, hell to the no. Le bf told that he hasn't seen me so scared in his life. I guess I was surprised, for a start all the questions, then the dancing and I found it all very weird, talking to a girl who has a huge black moustache, I just wanted someone to save me, turned to le bf for a moment and the girl managed to poke me in the face, luckily didn't poke me in the eye. My overall feeling was like a zoo animal, people watching me, hopefully I don't have to meet any friends any time soon :D Then our night continued with dancing, I'm not even going there, me alone with two guys on the dancefloor, le bf managed to disappear occasionally, so I was there with the friend, both feeling awkward. At some point the song 'Rockin' all over the world' was on and le bf went crazy with his friend, I just stood there watching them dancing. Apparently this song was played when some club won....can't really remember, because we went out so that he could explain it, but it was cold and my only thougtht was getting back in, sorry. And as we were there, a girl asked us for a fag, le bf had, cause he used to smoke. I went back in, but as they didn't fallow I went back after a few minutes waiting and there they were all smoking, but as le bf knows that I don't like smoking at all he tried to hide it, lol. Not very successfully, so he throw it away after I told that whats the point hiding it, I saw it right away :D But just to let you know, I'm not controlling or sth, I didn't ask him to stop, I only said that I don't like smoking. And that's about it, was there obviously more than an hour, but still did my reading :)

British bureaucracy vol. 2
Waiting my Internet for almost two months wasn't obviously enough, my adventure with British bureaucracy continues.
As you all know, when I started working in August I lived with Jazz, so basically our manager put her address down as mine too, but heard the house number wrong, if I remember right and didn't correct it. And as I started to get paid it appeared that I'm paying much more tax than Jazz, who is working more, so that didn't make any sense. Asked the manager to get me the application for paying les tax, but he forgot it, but after last time, when I had to pay a lot of tax I asked someone else and found out that we have some kind of tax office where I can go and they will fix it. So went there on Monday, and the lady was kinda sassy and asked how do I know that I pay too much tax etc, well I obviously do, if I pay more than Jazz, who works more and earns more, but pays less. So she asked my tax number, didn't know that, so she gave me a number where to call or said that I can come back. Went home to get my payslip, which apparently had none of the tax numbers she said I might have, went back there only to call to the number, because I didn't want to waste my money on that, knowing how long these phone calls usually take. But as you may have figured out by now, I answered my security questions (address, postcode etc) wrong, because they had this random address, not my new one, so I had freakin' no idea, what the right answer was, and all I was thinking there while calling was: 'Fuck the manager, fuck the manager, how the hell I'm gonna fix this thing now, fuck him'. Ended the call and the lady there said that she can make an appointment to see someone in the office. Luckily the lady, who was dealing with the tax issues had no appointments so she said that she can do it straight away, yaay. And there we go again with the same security questions, I DO NOT KNOW THEM, otherwise I would have done all this crap over the phone, but in person she skipped them after I told that I don't know. At least I got it sorted, so all good in the end, woop woop, will get my tax back on the next payday.
But I'm just amazed how no one didn't ask my ID or sth, it's just weird how address is so important here.
And as I started with the internet I shall say that I have to restart it ridiculously often, bcs the connection just disappears, so just looking forward the day we have to call there to complain, wonder which security questions they are going to ask :D

Story of my life -.-
So, my uni-life in the sense of studying has been quite empty to be honest and I know it's mostly my fault, because I should be constantly keeping myself busy reading journals about my are of interest (tourism that is) and doing exercises on-line in my own time and choosing to improve my french language skills. Surprise-surprise I'm as lazy as I'm allowed to be, meaning that any extra work is for "tomorrow" (whenever that is). Yes I am a bit ashamed of myself. But I can't help it for example today, my first day off in a week and I positively thought that I would now properly get started with my business plan (due on Monday - relax, I've done some research - not much though). Yeah well it's now 6 o'clock in the evening and do you think I've started yet. No. Whyyyyyy? - Question to myself. So what did I do all day? Nothing, especially when I got up rather early (for me) 11AM, without an alarm - now that's an achievement that I'm proud of :D
The thing I initially wanted to say was that the two weeks (the current one and the next) are just hell. Test in 1)French grammar, 2) French listening, 3) Translation French to English, 4) Translation in the Language of Business about the wine industry French to English, 5)Oral presentation about the wine industry of France, 6) Essay about the wine industry of France to write in French and in class -omfg, 7) 2500 words Business Plan in Adventure Tourism + 30 hours of work a week. That's roughly 3/4 of the overall assignments and stuff that I have to do this semester, all cramped into two weeks. Great. The irony here is that once I've gotten through these two weeks of intense learning (for me, for others it might be normal workload), my hours at work will be cut back too, because of budget issues etc. So yeah, I have to do everything at once and then I'll have nothing to do for two weeks before I go home.
Happy times.
I promise I'll start my business plan now :D
Ttyl ;)

I'm so interested in my course that...
...I have an essay due to Monday and guess what, I still haven't started, because I have no interest at all. I'm probably the best time waster ever, it's just everything becomes more important when you have to write an essay.
That's all I wanted to say.

Stupid thoughts
Another post about an amusement park ride. What can I say - I just love them.
A small amusement park or fair or whatever their actual name is came to town again this year. I remember last year, I was the forever alone dudette, who had to go there alone to take pictures and look at all the people having fun. Needless to say, I didn't even think about going on an ride - mostly because I'm cheap and think that the rides are ridiculously expensive. But this year was different. Ruby called me late at night - around 9-10pm- and said that she could see the lights of the fair from her window and that we should go check it out. At first we were just walking around and admiring the rides. But then Maddie joined us and Ruby urged us to go to the scariest ride. She even paid for us. Thank you so much! :) And said that she'll get the adrenaline rush by simply watching us, because she's not a big fan of rides.
So the ride was the kind that only has 8 seats, 4 at the bottom and 4 on top separated by a big pole eg. when it's time to swap people, at the end and the beginning, 4 seats are on the ground and the other 4 are basically stuck up high, just hanging there until the pole starts to rotate and the ones who were up before are now on the ground and vice versa. (Before we even considered going on the ride, we saw people hanging there for a long time - since there wasn't many people wanting to go on the ride probably - it was late ok? but htey were there for like 5 minutes just hanging in the sky, waiting for the ride to commence, scary). I hope you understand how the ride works, if not I'm sorry, my description is bad and I should feel bad.
Back to our experience then. Got into our seats and the guy came to make sure that we are secure but there was some miscommunication between him and the guy controlling the ride from the booth. I started to panic because all that time he was meddling with Maddies seat and I could just see it in my head that he'd forget about me :D I don't know why I have to think thoughts like that and make myself panic even more. Don't worry he didn't forget about me. So we both were secure in our seats and the pole started turning taking us up in the sky. Now the seats twirled as well, making us face the ground while raising hire and hire up. That was the moment I instantly started regretting the decision to go on the ride. I try to stay positive but what if the seat really isn't that secure and for some reason opens and I will fall. It was freaking high up as well, not some child's play! A serious altitude. And it was dark! so the only thing we could see were the lights on the ground. To calm ourselves down we started pointing to the lights we recognised - like Morrisons or McD :D But when you constantly have the idea of falling down (most probably to your death) you really don't want to point. Instead I was trying to place my hands in a manner that if something were to happen with the seat I would be able to hold on to something for some time and not fall instantly. Yes I'm that kind of a weirdo.
We could see the others on the ground swapping around and I wanted to shout to them Hurry the f up!!! I can't be here any longer + I have some weird issues with the fear of heights. I kind of are afraid but at the same time I can logically calm myself down and not get panic attacks because of being high up anymore. But in that situation I was like:"oh god oh god oh god freaking run you bastards down there (who ended their rides and the ones who were just starting theirs) oh god oh god So Twilight part 2, how did you like it (Maddie just came from the cinema + she didn't answer :D) oh god I'm going to die" - pretty much sums up my time in hanging in the air. Not the most comfortable moments of my life but thankfully it was over in a few minutes and the ride began swirling and twirling. It was a lot of fun! I don't think I've ever held on to my seat with all of my body like I did then, because it was dark and our seats were twirling as well, there was a point we were upside down and didn't see practically anything but darkness around us, that made us think were the hell are we ahhhh yeah on a ride duh! :D I think we made like 10 full circles or so. I don't think I've ever been that physically tired and shaking all over the body, because my muscles were working full power just to hold on to the seat, after an amusement park ride and I've been to quite a few of them. This was definitely one of the best rides ever!
The end!

Dating
It seems that I can't go home before I have posted something (Jazzz is soooo demanding) so I should better get started.
And as there is nothing interesting in my life going on, I'm going to write about my two previous dates.
First one was to Chester zoo, because I might be a little bit obsessed with giraffes so le bf decided to take me there. 2,5h drive to Chester was great, slept most of it as I didn't sleep not a single hour in the night before, because I wrote my team report (uni, always in the way of living my life :D), anyway I regret sleeping so much, because Welsh nature is really nice, but I will do the 'staring out from the window' bit next time then. Saw all the usual animals (didn't really care about them) and finally my giraffes and although le bf says they are weird then I don't care, they are so lovely, could have stayed there the whole day just to watch them. They even had a baby giraffe, even more cute. Luckily found our way back home although le bf was joking that he has no idea how we can get back. Our roadtrip was really good, I always enjoy being in a car, because I'm so used to iusing a car as a way of travelling back home but can't do it here, so driving fast on a motorway was probably the second best thing after seeing giraffes.
And then my second date (third over all, haven't written about the very first one). This one wasn't really planned, I wanted to go out and as I'm the forever alone one, no friends who wanted to go out with me I had to go with le bf and his friend and the friend's flatmate, who luckily was a girl, not that I have something against the guys, but three guys would have been more than I can handle. Did quite much predrinking at home with Scarlet, Baileys coctails as usual, I just love them. Finally got the text from le bf that they will be in the club soon so I left home and arrived there before them and discovered that I missed the dance battle, shame on me, if I would have known that it is on this night I would have gone there way much earlier instead of wasting time at home. Hopefully next time then. At least I met some of the last year flatmates, did some catching up until le bf arrived, introduced me to the friend's flatmate whose first reaction was 'You are wearing shoes and I was like, so? And she was: 'Le bf told me that you wouldn't'. Men, never trust them. Oh well, she was wearing converses and le bf explained that he said I won't be wearing shoes because I have never wore shoes, what can I say, he definitely got that one wrong :D He was speechless beause of my appearance, win. A little bit of communicating with his friend and then suddenly the club's photographer came and wanted to take a picture of us, but the people who know me know that I hate it, I always 'run' away and did the same this time. And then the flatmate came after 'why you didn't want a picture with us, you are so beautiful, why you ran away etc' and I'm like 'I hate being in pictures if they will be put up somewhere after, big no no'. So nothing personal. Although le bf managed to hold me the next time when the photographer approached us, so there is one pic, where I succeeded to hide my face, so it seems like le bf is killing me :D The nght went on, le bf even asked the DJ for a song, so lovely and kissed me when it was playing but of course next to last year flatmates, who saw us and were jumping around like crazy, I have a bf, big deal, but I guess it is then.
Just to let you know, I'm home, Jazzz throw me out as it was half 3 already :D
So at some point all 4 of us were off to the dance floor where the flatmate and I soon realised that 'we don't know these two guys' because they can't dance and to prove the point we escaped to the other sde of the dance floor.
I guess this is it for this time.

Movie thrills
In my first year of living in the UK, I've been to a movie (is movie an american-english word for a film? well, I'm going to use it anyway :P) theatre exactly 5 times + the few films I've watched at the Union, which is basically just a big screen in a big hall - nothing fancy nor great quality.
Starting with my first and possibly most shocking cinema experience. Me and Ruby went to see the Hunger Games. Got there and joined the queue, stood there about 5 minutes until we realised that it was the queue to buy snacks and refreshments. Oops, we hadn't noticed that you had to go through another door to buy tickets. Luckily, there wasn't a queue there and we got in quickly. Chose our seats - cinemas here are really on a first come first served basis - you can't pre-book specific seats, though you can pre-book tickets. The cinema is an old theatre turned into a movie theatre, a family business :) They still have those big red theatre curtains that needed to be opened to reveal the screen. The first time there wasn't any sound to the picture, so the curtains were closed again for a couple of minutes. Then they showed about 15 minutes of commercials, now, since I don't have a TV and therefore do not see the annoying ads all the time it's even kinda nice to look at them, some are funny, some confusing, but honestly I don't mind if I see them only 5 times a year or so :D. Then they closed the curtains again. I made a sarcastic joke to Ruby that that's it folks, time to go home now :D But to our big surprise they actually turned the lights back on and people started to get up from their seats, we just looked around like wtf is happening, I was only joking!
The reason for it became clear in the next few seconds: next to the screen was a stall, where they sell candy, refreshments and ice-cream. What? Who eats ice-cream at a cinema? You'll get it everywhere! On the seats, on the carpet, on your neighbour etc. That lasted for another quarter of an hour, which means that the film started half an hour later than announced, why oh why can't they sell all that stuff before the movie starts? And start the movie on time. As I learned from that, there is no need to rush to the film and you can be easily quarter of an hour late for the official start time and not miss anything -.- But as I learned from my Welsh friend that this phenomenon is rare and only in small cinemas like this one. I guess they earn more money of it.
About a week ago I went to the small town cinema to prebook tickets. I wasn't sure if it is open during daytime and decided to just walk past it, just to check. Turns out the doors were open but I didn't have any money on me. So had to go back to the atm machine and then back to the cinema - hopefully no one noticed me crossing that street three times. Finally got there, walked in, no one at the counter, but next to it was their office door which was open and a man shouted out Hi! Can I help. I'm like omg is he like the owner or something. So I asked if I could pre-book tickets and I could. For that he gave me a piece off paper with my name, film title, time and how many seats on it. The catch is that the paper form was previously filled for someone else and he just crossed out the previous information which seems a bit dodgy but hey, who am I to complain, If they'll accept it on the night everything's fine. And so they did, they had the smallest cinema tickets that I have ever seen put aside for me in an envelope with my name on it. How cute are small town cinemas :)
So let's talk about the newest film that everyone is going crazy about - ok not everyone, Emma hasn't seen any of the saga's films (not to mention HP, Pirates of the Caribbean). Guessed what I'm talking about? Of course Twilight Saga Breaking Dawn Part 2. OMG probably the best movie experience I've had in the past couple of years. I'm not even joking. And I'm not a big fan, yes I've read the books and I like them but the movies have been rubbish, so sorry but they have and I don't even know why. Their quality and the way the actors act is just weird... That was the case with this one too, no surprises there, but the surprise came with the storyline twist. I knew beforehand that they've changed the ending a bit and a fight would occur but whoah wtf? I almost cried! The characters who, for some reason, are in my heart for five years now! I was shocked and so was the entire cinema.
The biggest difference in a movie experience must be the audience in the cinema with you. Back home, everyone's quiet minding their own business :D keeping emotions mostly to themselves. Here, when someone doesn't like anything everyone else knows about it and there have been quite a few times when I'm just angrily muttering to myself stfu. But maybe that's just a cultural difference and I'll get used to it. But talking about the last film I went to see (yes, it was twilight). When the actors name's were announced on the screen people cheered for their favourites, which was a bit odd (for me). I think team Edward and team Jacob were neck in neck. Then when the epic battle took place people actually cheered when a bad guy died. Wow, it's just a fictional jeesh :D
The End

Hallelujah
The wait is finally over and I have internet at home now. Today was the day when the engineer was supposed to come and he did around 11, did something in Scarlet's room for 5 minutes, then we had our landlord coming in to show him the phone line and then they all left...and we are sitting in the kitchen and waiting for the engineer to return...time passes...nothing...more evil jokes about him probably having lunch instead of doing useful stuff...we get bored in the kitchen and move to our rooms, I read Cosmoplitan and text to Liz just to waste time and casually complain about the stuation, I even managed to fall asleep and then 2 hours later the engineer returned. Was about time I would say. He said that he had to connect our line somewhere on the other side of the road, weird, but hey, we are still in the UK and the systems in here can surprise every day. Did his stuff, which took like 10 minutes and seeing our happinees told that he can turn off the connection, what a meanie. Anyway, happy end and I feel like a happy puppy I don't even know what to to, so used to having no internet that I can't remember which pages I used to visit every day or where should I start watching my Revenge, New Girl or Home and Away episodes. And my eyes got tired after the first hour, but I'm not complaining :D Although I have to say that people can get used to everything and living without the Internet is possible, but you know what you have missed if you finally get it.

Fireworks
Remember, remember the 5th of November.
Here in the UK, 5th of November is Bonfire night. The day that Guy Fawkes tried to blow up the House of Lords is now ironically (in my opinion) celebrated by blowing shit up in the sky, commonly referred to as fireworks. After learning that the town is putting on an event for that day I vowed to myself that this year I will not miss the fireworks (I don't really know what I did last year at the time but I didn't see any fireworks anywhere). Since the firework display was supposed to start at 8pm, we decided (me, Ruby and Scarlet) to meet up quarter to in town to all walk up the Constitution Hill together, to get a better look at the town and fireworks.
Guess who arrived at the meet-up point first. Me :D and I was freaking out a bit if we'll make it to the top of the hill because someone (Ruby) was late. She made the mistake of calling me before arriving and I basically shouted at her: run forest run! We made it up just in time. Not sure where the fireworks were going to be exactly, there was a chance that another mountain would be blocking the view. That would've been awesome. Not :D 8 o'clock. Nothing but an odd few small fireworks here and there. We waited and waited, the possibility that it really was happening behind that other mountain was getting more real by the minute :D Although the common sense in us assured us that if that was the case, we would at least hear it. Lets say ten minutes past or so the show began. It started quite mildly, not something spectacular but grew into a pretty decent one :) yay. About half way through the show we grew tired of it already. Not that it was bad, they even had hearts in the sky, or so I heard, for some reason at that moment I looked at something else, way to go Jazzz... :D, but we left early partly because we wanted to get down from that hill before the masses started moving and partly because, I and apparently the others as well have the attention spawn of a three year old.
Coming down was an adventure itself because of the projector light directed at the hill so that people wouldn't fall down actually made things worse. The light dazzled us and made the road harder to see or to be honest we didn't see anything at all. So we came down in single file constantly shouting Step! Step! Step! when there were steps, and there were a lot of them. Thankfully, we made it safely to the ground :D And half the time we were walking home the banging of the fireworks echoed in the air.Sounded like it was pretty nice and grande :D Very impressive for such a small town ;)

IT problems
Just to warn you in advance, this is going to be a negative post full of whining :D
This is about our lovely university IT facilities, rare are the days when I can easily find a computer to use when I have a couple of hours of break between lectures and after deciding to spend some time in the internet, whether to just surf or actually do some uni related work. Some pearls from the last couple of weeks then:
This is about our lovely university IT facilities, rare are the days when I can easily find a computer to use when I have a couple of hours of break between lectures and after deciding to spend some time in the internet, whether to just surf or actually do some uni related work. Some pearls from the last couple of weeks then:
- Last Monday the computer rooms were incredibly busy and after literally ten minutes of lurking in the library, finally managed to find a computer that was working and not in use. Started to log in. There are currently no log on servers to service the log on request. Da fak? Typed my credentials in five more times until the Welcome screen appeared. Hallelujah :D Took off my coat and stuff I needed to do. Again the previous message saying basically tüng värdjas! - I´m so sorry but translating that phrase would take away it's funny meaning :D so 30 tries, memorising the keyboard to enter my impossibru password, 3 Welcome screens later I gave up, muttered ugly words under my breath and stormed out to find the impossible, another free computer that freaking works! I did not succeed that day.
- On Tuesdays I usually have a two hour break and since I want to eat something I go to the Rosser Lounge computer room, which is usually fairly empty at 11 o'clock. Well not last Tuesday. My favorite computer was taken (the only one with some privacy: screen to the wall, not that I'm doing anything embarrasing there, but still, the one that I can listen music with, because with other computers I can't find the one that is actually attached to the screen I'm using, thanks for making everything complicated). Sat down to another one, took ages to get the screen to light up but the keyboard wasn't working just awesome. What have I done to deserve this? Luckily the computer next to that one was free and working. Win! kind of :D
- Talking about keyboards, certain letters on certain keyboards do not work and I always have to press them ten times to get the letter I want! People, just please, do not kill the keyboards! I once sat next to a boy who was practically raping the keyboard. I was scared that his fingers, which were moving with such force and speed would literally go through the keyboard and start hitting the table. Honestly I have never ever seen anyone typing like that. I'm not lying, at first I stopped everything I was doing and just looked at him for a minute with my jaw to the ground :D then I rolled my eyes saying OH MY GOD what is wrong with you in my head :D
- At the start of this term we had to change our password, probably will have to do it every year. F-ing great! Coming up with the first one was a nightmare because it can't consist of any words in any language. Ok finally managed to get one that I can actually remember. Now the second one can't be too similar to the previous one + the other stupid rules. Tried changing it up in the library with the IT guy like 10 times when I gave up and said give me a random one for now, I'll change it at home! :D
- Of course, after changing the password you can't connect to the university internet anymore, my transition was the easiest for some reason, it just asked me to put in my new credentials and register my laptop again. Ruby's laptop connected to the internet automatically but since the password changed she couldn't actually use it. Between the two of us we got it working. Yay :D Ems transition though was the worst :D LOL, because she went to the IT guy, who is usually very smart and able to help, but now for some reason failed to see the problem (even I knew how to fix it!), asking her if she remembered her password correctly and is she sure about it etc. YES for god's sake! And finally managed to connect her laptop to some guest network, whatever that is, and as far as I know, she still has problems with it occasionally.
I think that's it for now.

Halloween!
Here, Halloween is a week long theme and I'm not talking about just shop decorations etc. Different events on different days, people dressing up every day. Actually they do the last thing pretty often anyway, so I can't blame the commercialization of Halloween on it :( crap... but still, the last week the costumes have been zombified! :D
Starting with Monday then: Fright Night at the Union a.k.a. horror movies for freeeeeeee - I just love free stuff :D who wouldn't? So we went to see the Exorcist, funnily enough a couple of weeks ago, me and Rebecca had just watched friday the 13th and after that shitloads of horror movie trailers, including the exorcist. Oh the scene where the little girl came down the stairs omfg. Highlight of the movie according to the two of us :D Imagine our disappointment, and arguments during the movie that the scene might have been in a different movie, when that scene was cut out :( It was the re-released version or whatever. But it's the second time I've gotten a totally western movie-experience. Meaning that when the first freaky scene, where the child (sorry, can't remember her name) was in her bed while it was shaking etc. Suddenly the lights were turned on. I was like, jeesh it isn't that scary you know. Then I noticed staff running around and talking into their earpieces. There was some commotion at the back and whispers were that someone had passed out. Was the movie really that scary? There were those moments when everyone was quietly staring at the screen and after that horrific tense scene had ended, everyone just relaxed and a general smalltalk began. I was staring around and screaming in my head STFU STFU! :D I miss cinemas at home, where most people can keep their emotions to themselves during the movie :D
Wednesday night was the actual Halloween night and oh was it busy at work. I loved it! :D I haven't ran around in the shop thinking I need to do this and this and that in a long time... Ems already said a bit about age checking people in costumes. Well my first customer who needed to be id-d was a ghost. He had a sheet on his head with only eyes cut out and all I could think about was: "please, have clothes on under there, because I'm going to have to ask you to take the sheet off! just please!!" Luckily it was him who made the first move (:D) and reassured me: "don't worry I'll take the sheet off" and he got his cigarets or alcohol ( I'm not a stalker and don't usually remember what people buy ok?) The second pearl of the day: :D There is one guy, who comes to our store regularly and is pretty hot to say the least :D I got the honour of serving him on Halloween. He was dressed as the Hulk, so no shirt :D yeah, nice abs dude :D His friend was a bit drunk and said he loved him (as a friend! :D ) etc and at some point asked me if he (the hottie) was a beautiful man. Awkward ;D Didn't blush though so win! :D

I look like a 70s ... star
That's exactly (ok, not exactly, but I think the missing word might be a little bit too much to write it down, so I let your imagination do the work and create all these possible opportunities) the text I received today after my le bf had his hair cut and apparently has a moustache now. I can't possibly tell you how scared I am to see him today, because first of all, he said that they cut his hair shorter than he wanted and I'm not even going to say anything about moustache, I just don't like it. But we'll see, if I don't like it and as he said, he will have it for a month, then it's going to be a very very busy month for me in uni, no time for him :D
And about Jazz getting lost, had the same thing yesterday morning, I was in front of the right lecture hall, but looked in and didn't see any familiar faces and let's say, I also panicked, because it was the 10 am lecture so I wasn't really awake yet, texted to Liz and it was the right room, I just didn't see Liz.
I know I had something else to tell you, but can't remeber it atm, sorry.
Oh yeah, now I know what I wanted to write about. I was working yesterday and well, I don't like Halloween, all the dressing up and etc, so I was 'lucky' to work and ID all those people with their costumes on or the painted faces and freaky contactlenses, pure fun I have to say. Wasn't too bad actually, although keeping my poker face while people were looking for their ID's from their shoes or trousers was quite difficult, but I managed.
One more thing, I just love Liz. Always fun to be with. She has told me many times about a hot guy in one of our modules so I told her that I want to see this guy and we even had a secret non-english word for that occasion. And today in lecture I suddenly notice that Liz is drawing the lecture hall seating plan and I was like, wtf are you doing? But, as you probably figured out, she wanted me to see the hottie. i did and well, I know that guy, lived in my hall last year and overall, he recognizes me, but I didn't know his name... so what do you do to find out? Obviously instead of listening and making notes about the lecture you start the biggest FB stalk in recent weeks to find out who he is. And well, I succeeded big time, found the guy. I was just surprised taht Liz hadn't notice him last year because I spotted him already then. After my excellent stalk Liz thought I should find the guy with the nicest and biggest blue eyes ever, I have a crush with someone's eyes, because those eyes are really like ocean where you can sail or sth else poetic. Anyway, after the stalk session instead of warfare we went to library as I needed to wine about my wifi connection and obviously in order not to be bored while waiting we played a little game, which was basically rating all the guys who were walking pass, had so much fun, although didn't see many good looking lads, sad :( at least we were lucky to rest our eyes on the hottie who also came to library. That's about all you need to know about my adventures with Liz so far...but I'm sure there's more to come.
PS! 15 days until I get the Internet

Did I get lost or what?
Woke up early on a Monday morning, got myself ready to go to my 10AM tourism lecture. Arrived there a couple of minutes before the lecture had started. Luckily the lecture room has a glass door, so before entering, I could see who are in there. To my biggest surprise, the guys sitting at the tables were not the ones I usually have classes with, as we only have two guys on my course :P So after checking the room number like a million times I started panicking: was our lecture cancelled? Did they change the room and I forgot to check my e-mail in time? After establishing that I was indeed in front of the right room, where our lectures for the past 4 weeks had taken place in, I decided to wait in the corridor, maybe someone else from my course will come. That lasted for a minute. Yes I'm easily bored :D. So finally I decided to send Rebecca a text: "Where are you guys, did I get lost?" :D Because honestly, that was the only reasonable explanation: I had gone to the wrong room for some strange reason...
Immediately I got a text back: Did you turn the clock?? :D :D and that she's home. Sudden realization came to me. As you may remember, a couple of posts ago I was bragging how I managed to go to work on time on Sunday, well that was because my laptop turned the clock back automatically, and being at work the whole day, didn't pay much attention to my phone. Big mistake. No one had turned the clock on my phone an hour back :( So I had freaking walked up the hill an hour early. Crap is all I have to say.
Now that I can recall, I've done it at least once more in the past. A couple of years ago. We (the club of geniuses :D LOL my dear EMO, do you have a better translation?) were supposed to go to a trip to Stockholm and of course it was on the day we had to turn our clocks back -.- Guess what? I didn't for some reason and arrived at the meeting point an hour early :D And our meeting point was Balti Jaam, freaking great is spending an hour there, do you, who do not know what that place is like, all I have to say is that homeless and often drunk people are numerous in that market place - yeah a weird sentence. I'm going slightly insane here, my apologies.
But the upside to my current failure was that I haven't done my homework :D Oh come on, I rarely do my homework so no judging! And had a whole hour to do it now ouyeah! :D
