Phantom friends

So a couple of days ago Ems bf was refereeing a football match. While giving a warning to one of the footballers, because he had done something wrong obviously, the said footballer turned to him and said: "You can't give me a warning. I know Emma and I know that she's your girlfriend!" A warning was still given but wtf? who would say that in a middle of a football match, what does it matter who's dating who? But the weirdest part is, that Emma doesn't know know anyone who plays football... So who was it? Because that person had to see them together in order to recognise the bf instantly, but Ems and her bf haven't really been that public with their relationships yet... Oh gossip, gossip, gossip... He always says that people talk about them, but really, what is there to talk about that much? Or is it another cultural issue, that the brits here talk and talk and talk and basically get to nowhere, saying the same thing in different words...

But my phantom-friend then :D On the Sunday evening, while standing in front of my door and texting, 3 guys went by and one of them called out my name. Automatically, I turned around and shouted Hi! but since it was so dark and he was wearing a hood, I did not recognise him. Neither did I recognise his voice. But the odd thing is that he pronounced my name as it should be pronounced, so it wasn't some random creepy guy who has seen me at work and read my name tag, but someone who should actually know me. I hate it when people recognise me and I don't recognise them. Why oh why :D I want to know who it was! I honestly can't think of anyone.. and trust me I don't know that many people, that I'd forget them, for some reason I have the perfect memory for names and faces :P

A weekly dose of mystery for y'all :)

Ttyl ;)
Jazzz...
