For some reason I had thought that Cardigan was a bigger town, worth going to as a tourist... Maybe I just assume that when something is called a town it is automatically better than Aber :D But the sad reality is that is maybe even smaller? And just like a town where people live and work. Did have the best chocolate fudge cake and hot chocolate though... (I even took a pic)
There is a "castle" too. Not sure what happened to the "real" castle but the one in Cardigan looks good on the outside: walls on a higher ground than the street that is. When you get inside you have a nice garden and then a quite modern building, that is more a manor I'd say than a castle... Btw it was just opened to the public this year :) (someone already warned me that you can't get in there). Without the castle Cardigan is... just nice I guess for a stroll through the streets that lasts about half an hour... I don't even have any pictures to share :D
The castle inside the walls
Nant yr Arian on the other hand is even smaller :D unless you take a walking tour ;) But it does have impressive views and it's the place they feed red kites everyday and when the feeding time comes you can see the sky almost blacken (on the second pic you can see a couple of black dots (red kites) gathering above the feeding island, I hope they aren't smudges on my screen :D )
Ttyl ;)
Jazzz...
